You can’t ever use up all the creativity. There’s always more.
I started this artwork a couple of months ago and kind of put it on the back burner until yesterday, when I stumbled upon it and thought to myself: the best way to break through a creative block is to look at things with fresh eyes.
I’ve never been keen on waiting to release stuff, I feel like it stunts the growth process. There’s always new stuff to be created and new things to be discovered, so it doesn’t make much sense to keep things on the back burner for too long. Because than they become dusty and smell of decrepitness. You either release it now or you don’t.
I think that holding on to things for too long resides in a scarcity mentality. The truth is creativity is endless and you cannot use up all the creativity. There is always more to be generated and it can only be found in a state of flow.
Sure, there’s right timing and wrong timing. But you can’t never truly know for sure if the time is right or wrong for anything. Who really knows?
If it feels right, the time is NOW.
